- General Olivaro (1805-1899) died aged 94 (Broken Ear, p.30-A3)
- a lady reportedly died aged 97 in Oliveira's tale (The Black Gold, p.48-A2)
- Carreidas was 4 years old on the 12th Sept. 1910 (Flight 714, p.24-C4)

On the day of his kidnapping in The Land of Black Gold, Abdallah is six years plus 3 days, as he was offered a small car for his 6th anniversary 'three days ago' (p.36-C2).

As for Abdallah's birthday, it can be infered only from the chronology of the 1st colour 'Palestine' version: 8th of August (p.6-A2), then 'quinze jours' -fortnight- (p.14-B2) and other time data lead to the 5th or 6th of September.
