As has been discussed elsewhere in these forums, Tintin's exact age is never really specified; but in which book do we see Tintin portrayed at his youngest?

Is it in Cigars of the Pharaoh, page 13, where in Tintin's hallucination we see him as a baby in a cradle (complete with quiff), being rocked by Sarcophagus?

Well done, Richard! That's exactly what I had in mind.

A point and the next question to you.
