Whoever the administrator chooses to invite. Assuming they accept the position, they become moderators. I am informed that all positions are now currently filled.

What does being a moderator mean exactly? I assume it's well, moderating, but does it involve anything else?

The moderator's role is varied but essentially it's to help manage the forums.

I know this probably sounds like a dumb question, but is this done from home or are there 'official' offices!?
