Does anyone know Tintin's last name ... or his age or about his parents?

Hello fellow Tintin fan...

Tintin has no last name, it has never been mentioned (there is a topic on this somewhere, have a search), but he's just called Tintin. His age depends on how old you are when you read his adventures. When I was a kid I imagined he was always a few years older than me. These days, he's just a few years younger than me... but it moves about. Tintin had only one parent, a father called Hergé!

Questions that not only will never be answered, but that have no answer. Tintin is partially undefinable in these specifics, and that's what contributes towards his magic I think.
