Well, I was making a comparison with Tintin and the main character from Halo. There are simillarities and differences. To me, I'm on Tintin's Side as he was a well-built and strong boy and had no special power, whereas Spartan-117, umm..His armor and chemical modifications to body may seem destroying.

Well, the simillarities are that they suffer harsh childhoods; Tintin could be derived from an ill-mannered streeturchin type and evolved to an adventurous and brave top reporter. Spartan-117 derived from a badboy type and evolved to a top soilder. Well, it maybe sound absurb comparing a game character to a famous comic character but I hope you understand.

Well we don't know if Tintin suffered a harsh childhood, as his background is never really explained in the books. So as far as I can make out, apart from being male heroes, there are no similarities, so it's difficult to make comparisons. Sorry!

It’s difficult for people to respond when you ask a question which already depends on your theory so much - if they don’t see Tintin as this grown up “street fighter” (I’m not sure what actually makes someone a street fighter), then they won’t be able to take the topic much further.
Also you seem in your reply to The Blue Lotus to be suggesting that because they don’t see your comparison that they are wrong because they are not a gamer; nothing The Blue Lotus says tells you that they aren’t a gamer: they just don’t share your opinion.
Personally I am not a gamer, and I can differentiate between the characters, and I don’t see anything in it either…
